Make high-level design choices and recommend solutions that align architecture to strategic plans within the CSM module of Service Now
Work directly with SME PO to understand business requirements
Provide technical and architectural guidance, support and training for other team members.

Summary of Qualifications
Advanced experience in configuring / implementing / developing Service Now functionality across Service Now modules (cross-platform)
Deep technical knowledge of Service Now functional area, CSM
Deep knowledge of Service Now architecture and concepts
Significant experience working with customers to gather business requirements and develop a technical solution design to meet the requirements.
Experience working in an agile environment utilizing Story/Defect methodology including writing agile stories for Service Now development and testing.
Experience designing business functions, processes and information flow within Service Now or between Service Now and other business systems using SOAP and REST API
Experience implementing Service Now upgrades and patches, knowledge of Service Now upgrade and patching process
Experience managing Service Now code changes in update sets and promoting and applying update sets across instances

Experience with JavaScript and Angular JS
Expertise in Service Now Development and Administration techniques
Experience implementing integrations of Service Now to external systems with knowledge of common integration techniques
Bachelors degree
3 to 7 years work experience with Service Now
ITIL Foundations Certification with ITIL Expert as a strong positive
Service Now Administrator Certification
