Responsibilities

We are looking to onboard an intern in our Customer Success team based at Hyderabad to fulfil the below job responsibilities:

Providing the L1 support for customer tickets
Supporting the installation and troubleshooting of ONES, OPB, and NCP products.
Assist in configuring and troubleshooting network switches and routers running SONiC.
Learn and work with Layer 2 / Layer 3 networking protocols such as BGP, VLAN, EVPN, and VxLAN.
Support network automation using scripting languages like Python, Go, or Bash.
Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve network issues and optimize performance.
Assist in testing, documenting, and validating network deployments.
Participate in knowledge sharing and technical documentation creation.
Be able to work during rotational shifts. Night shift will be executed on a remote basis only.
