SAP U15 Specialist

Location: Prakāshamnagar

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP UI5 Expert with hands‑on experience in building modern, responsive, and scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will also bring working knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to support cloud‑based deployments, integrations, and application lifecycle management.
This role is perfect for someone who excels in front‑end development, understands SAP Fiori design principles deeply, and can collaborate effectively with backend teams working on RAP, CAP, or other BTP services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality SAP UI5 / Fiori applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

• Implement Fiori Elements, Smart Controls, and custom UI5 components.

• Integrate UI5 applications with OData services (RAP, CAP, Gateway).

• Work with SAP BTP services such as Cloud Foundry, Destination Service, XSUAA, and HTML5 Application Repository.

• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration with RAP or CAP‑based services.

• Optimize UI performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.

• Implement SAP Fiori UX guidelines and ensure consistent user experience across devices.

• Support deployment, versioning, and lifecycle management of UI apps on SAP BTP.

• Troubleshoot UI issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP UI5 / SAP Fiori development.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, XML views, controllers, MVC architecture, and UI5 custom controls.

• Experience consuming OData v2/v4 services.

• Solid understanding of Fiori design guidelines and UX best practices.

• Working knowledge of SAP BTP, including:

• Cloud Foundry

• HTML5 Application Repository

• Destination & Connectivity services

• XSUAA authentication

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑based development workflows.

• Ability to collaborate with backend teams (RAP/CAP) and functional consultants.
