Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach and mentor multicultural high-performance teams in Agile and Scrum best practices.
Intervene effectively in individual and group settings to help teams improve maturity and collaboration.
Act as a hands-on servant leader, promoting Scrum values of dedication, courage, focus, openness, and respect.
Support teams in identifying and implementing process improvements for better delivery outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on Agile delivery goals and SAFe practices.
Encourage continuous learning, transparency, and effective communication across teams.

Skills Required:

Certification as a Scrum Master (PSM1/PSM2) is required.
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or similar SAFe certification is essential.
Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master is expected.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills for building high-performing Agile teams are important.
Ability to drive team maturity and implement continuous improvements is valuable.
Excellent communication and leadership skills are needed for effective stakeholder engagement.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
