Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure Service Now applications with focus on  ITOM and CMDB
Implement and manage  CMDB data model, CI classes, relationships, and reconciliation rules
Strong hands-on experience in  Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
Customize Service Now using  Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Workflows
Ensure CMDB data accuracy, integrity, and governance
Integrate Service Now with third-party tools using  REST/SOAP APIs
Support upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Required Skills
Strong experience in  Service Now ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
Solid knowledge of  CMDB architecture and best practices
Strong  Service Now configuration and scripting (JavaScript)

Experience with  integrations and data imports
Good understanding of ITIL processes
