Guest Relation Executive

Location: Candolim

The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for ensuring excellent hospitality and guest satisfaction by handling guest inquiries and coordinating with other departments. Daily tasks include warmly welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, addressing guest requests and complaints, providing information about the property and local attractions, and promoting hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to warmly greet and effectively assist guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
Strong Communication skills, including both verbal and written, to interact professionally with guests and team members.
Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, such as check-in/check-out processes, managing bookings, and providing relevant information.
Basic Sales skills to promote hotel services, events, and packages to guests effectively.
Prior experience in hospitality or a similar role is an advantage.
Proficiency in using hotel management software or related tools.
Ability to work under pressure, solve problems efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic, guest-focused environment, including weekends and holidays.
