Food And Beverage Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced  Food and Beverage Manager  to oversee the day-to-day operations of our F&B department. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service, optimize profitability, manage teams effectively, and deliver an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, forecast, and execute food and beverage orders, inventory, and budgets
Oversee daily operations of restaurants banquet services and room service
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for F&B services
Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to ensure excellent service
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams on menu planning and costing
Analyze financial reports and take action to improve profitability
Plan and execute promotional events and seasonal menus

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and trends
Proficiency in inventory software and point-of-sale systems
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shift

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Food Safety or HACCP
Multilingual skills are an advantage
International hotel or resort experience is a plus
