Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Room Attendant, located in Salcette. The Housekeeping Room Attendant will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, ensuring they are tidy and meet quality and hygiene standards. Daily responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens and amenities, dusting, vacuuming, and addressing guest requests promptly and courteously. The role also involves ensuring compliance with hotel policies and cleaning protocols to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

Experience in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining rooms to meet professional standards.
Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to respond to guests' inquiries and requests courteously.
Capability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry or housekeeping roles is an advantage but not required.
