Resort Manager

Location: Sirsi

Role and responsibility.
Supervise and coordinate all resort departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and retention.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to achieve profitability targets.
Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure a high level of service and professionalism.
Oversee property maintenance and ensure all facilities are in excellent condition.
Coordinate events and activities to enhance guest enjoyment and drive additional revenue.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with property management software.
Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with ease.
Proficiency in Kannada will be prefered.
