Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Service Associate, located in Bardez. The associate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, setting up tables, and assisting in restaurant and banquet activities. Additional responsibilities include addressing guest queries, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring consistently high service quality.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and ensure a memorable client experience
Interpersonal Skills to foster teamwork and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and customers
Basic Analytical and Finance skills to assist in billing, inventory management, and other related tasks
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service and hygiene standards
Relevant experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is an advantage
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
