Key Responsibilities:

Carry out client assessments and risk assessments.
Carry a caseload of six clients
Counsel clients about their substance use using recognized theoretical frameworks and the Samarpan treatment model.
Facilitate interpersonal group therapy sessions
Provide 1:1 therapy
Facilitate psycho-educational workshops, relapse prevention skills training, and other group activities.
Create and review treatment plans.
Produce and update client files and case notes.
Liaise with other relevant professionals about clients
Facilitate family/couples sessions
Attend team meetings
Attend clinical supervision, line management reviews and staff support sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

MA in Psychology OR M.Phil. Clinical Psychology (preferred)
Excellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and customer relation skills with a professional telephone manner.
Good practice case management including quality record keeping.

Preferred :
3-7 years of relevant experience
Understanding of cultural context and expectations.
