We are looking for an experienced Medical Superintendent to lead clinical operations at our client multi-specialty hospital in Rajkot, Gujarat. This role requires a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily hospital operations and coordinating departments
- Leading doctor recruitment, engagement, and credentialing
- Ensuring NABH/NABL compliance and meeting regulatory standards
- Chairing clinical committees and driving quality improvement initiatives
- Monitoring patient feedback and implementing service enhancements
- Managing infection control protocols and conducting clinical audits
- Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring adherence to policies
Qualifications required:
- MBBS (mandatory), MHA preferred
- 5-15 years of hospital administration experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in medical software and computer applications
