Monday – Friday

The Urgent Care Clinic Supervisor is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Oversee the utilization management and daily business operations of their assigned clinics.
Demonstrates a clear understanding of the financial, operational, administrative and regulatory aspects of the clinics.
Ensures HIPAA compliance and Risk Management at the clinics.
Oversees maintenance and purchasing for specific clinics.
Responsible for utilization management, clinical support management, quality improvement, client relations, patient satisfaction, personnel management and problem solving.
Acts as liaison to senior management.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Required –HS/GED with License/Certification (LPN, CMA, MA, BMO, ARRT) AND 4 years working in a medical office or ambulatory clinic office.
Required – OR 2 year lead, coordinator or supervisory experience
Required – OR associate in business, Nursing or Healthcare related AND 2 year lead, coordinator or supervisor experience.
