Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic  Medical Director  to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the hospital. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care, effective hospital management, and coordination among medical, clinical, and administrative departments.

Qualification:

MBBS with MD in a relevant specialty or MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management
Minimum  10 years of experience  in hospital administration and clinical management
Experience working in  medical colleges and reputed corporate hospitals  is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall  clinical and operational management  of the hospital
Ensure  quality patient care, medical standards, and regulatory compliance
Supervise and coordinate with  medical staff, department heads, and hospital administration
Develop and implement  hospital policies, clinical protocols, and operational procedures
Monitor hospital performance, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives
Strengthen hospital systems, accreditation standards, and healthcare delivery processes
Collaborate with management to support  hospital growth and institutional goals
Requirements:
Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in managing multidisciplinary medical teams and hospital operations
Candidate  must be willing to reside on Hera Campus, Sangareddy
Preferred Background:
Candidates with prior leadership experience in  teaching hospitals, medical colleges, or top corporate healthcare institutions  will be given preference.
