Sr. Dialysis Technician
Designation:  Junior Dialysis Technician

Experience:

5-10 Years
Salary:  As per experience and assessment

Qualification:

Diploma/B.Sc in Dialysis Technology with valid registration

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with setting up and operating haemodialysis machines, ensuring proper function.
Support patient positioning, monitor vital signs, and provide comfort during treatments.
Assist in dialysis procedures, including femoral access, and care for vascular access.
Monitor and assist with the RO water treatment system, ensuring water quality meets standards.
Perform routine maintenance on RO units and maintain water quality logs.
Follow infection control procedures and ensure cleanliness of equipment and patient areas.
Record patient data and treatment details accurately.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of dialysis equipment and procedures.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Calm under pressure, especially during emergencies.
Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols.
