Patient Care Assistant

Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Monitor vital signs and accurately record observations.
Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times.
Help patients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
Adhere to all patient confidentiality policies and healthcare regulations.
Contribute to a positive and supportive healthcare environment.
Follow detailed instructions from nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills  and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Ability to handle  physically demanding tasks  effectively.
Prior experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
Certification as a nursing assistant  is often required.
Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain meticulous records.
A commitment to maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
