X - Ray Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced X-Ray Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing X-ray examinations, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards.
Responsibilities    Perform X-ray examinations on patients as per the physician's instructions.
Ensure safety and comfort of patients during the X-ray procedures.
Maintain and operate X-ray equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
Review and evaluate images for quality and ensure they are suitable for diagnosis.
Assist radiologists in interpreting images and preparing reports as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of patient information and imaging procedures performed.
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures regarding patient care and safety.

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent qualification.
Valid certification from the appropriate regulatory body (e.g., AERB in India).
4-6 years of experience in performing X-ray examinations in a clinical setting.
Proficient in operating X-ray machines and understanding imaging techniques.
Strong knowledge of radiation safety and patient care practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with patients and staff.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
