We are hiring qualified Home Care Nurses for patient care at home.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care at patient home

• Monitor vitals and patient condition

• Perform suctioning, tracheostomy care, catheter care (if trained)

• Assist with feeding, bed care and hygiene

• Coordinate with doctor / physiotherapist when required

Eligibility:

• GNM / BSc Nursing

• Home care or hospital experience preferred

• Willing to work 12-hour or 24-hour shifts

• Honest, responsible and patient-friendly
