Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Fertility Consultant to join our expert team in Nalgonda, Telangana. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive fertility care, including assessment, diagnosis, and personalised treatment plans, while ensuring the highest ethical and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed fertility evaluations and develop individualised treatment plans for patients.
- Perform and supervise ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) procedures including IVF, IUI, and related interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including embryologists, andrologists, and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and ethical guidelines.
- Provide empathetic counseling and support to patients throughout their fertility journey.
- Participate in clinical audits, case reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education:

MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
- Specialization:
Fellowship or MCH in Reproductive Medicine/ART (mandatory)

- Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience in fertility or ART practices

Skills:

- Strong clinical and diagnostic acumen
- Patient-centric approach and empathetic communication
- Proven counseling skills and ability to manage complex fertility cases
