Role Description

This is a Residential Psychologist role. The Residential Psychologist will be responsible for providing counseling and psychological support for individuals in a residential setup. Daily tasks will include conducting psychological assessments, offering therapy sessions, designing treatment plans, and implementing mental health interventions. The psychologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of clients and provide ongoing support to enhance their mental health and wellness.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology and Medicine with a focus on mental health care.
- Proficiency in Counseling and providing Mental Health support to individuals and groups.
- Experience in performing Psychological Assessments and developing effective treatment plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a high level of organizational and time-management skills.
- Possession of relevant certifications or licenses in clinical psychology or related fields is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and techniques is a plus.
- A master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline is required.
