Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Mohali

AR Specialist will work with the RCM team to ensure the Client's AR stays within 30 days and the revenue collections are maximized

Track and follow up with insurance payers on the unpaid claims
Identify denial trends and highlight claim related issues in timely manner
Maintain AR tracker and ensure that the productivity for AR claims follow-up is maintained
Display in-depth knowledge and execute standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
Communicate clearly and effectively to management on billing issues, concerns, and trends
Have the ability to investigate and get to the bottom of the claim denial reasons
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of the US healthcare medical billing terminology
Familiar with guidelines of US government, commercial and private payers
Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work to meet established objectives
Skilled in handling phone calls in a pleasant manner
Highly proficient with computers, especially Word and Excel
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Positive attitude and an outgoing personality
Ability to work in night shifts

Experience :
More than 1 years’ experience in AR calling – Physician Billing
Qualification : B.E. /

B. Tech with relevant work experience required
Shifts :
Night Shift (7:30 pm – 4:45 am) Monday to Friday
Salary :
Commensurate with experience
