Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist at Swara Child Development Centre located at Kottarakkara, Kollam. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The role involves creating individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and collaborating with clients, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective communication strategies are implemented.

Additionally, the role includes educating families and caregivers to support therapy goals.
Qualifications

Freshers and Experienced are eligible to apply.
Expertise in Speech Therapy and understanding of speech development and assessment techniques
Proficiency in identifying and managing Speech, Communication Disorders, and Language Disorders
Strong ability to work with individuals of different age groups with diverse therapy needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Experience in pediatrics is advantageous
