Associate Cash Management Coordinator

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Job Description

Forecasts cash requirements for client ATMs and plans replenishment schedules to ensure the ATM estate has optimum levels of cash at all times. Ensures achievement of all customer and internal SLAs and KPI, addressing and / or escalating performance issues as required.

Responsibilities

Gains familiarity with Cash Management principles and processes.
With guidance, supports and / or performs basic Cash Management duties, including:
Performing daily review of section and customer performance, adjusting forecasting parameters as required to ensure SLA / KPI achievement.
Liaising with cash in transit (CIT) service providers to implement replenishment cycle changes.
Supporting new customer onboarding.
Receiving and either addressing or escalating customer issues.
Assists with procedural manual updating in accordance with working practices.
Learns and adheres to company, standard accounting and applicable regulations pertaining to cash management, handling and reporting.
Assists with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Education or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Cash Management.
Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
