Your Profile

Identify and onboard new event organizers and activity partners across India
Manage and support regional event organizers for regular and festival events
Help event partners list their events smoothly using our DIY onboarding process
Handle client queries and complaints with a calm, solution-oriented approach
Take ownership of the accounts assigned to you
Work closely with internal teams to ensure event listings, promotions, and marketing are aligned
Be a key point of contact to ensure a great experience for both partners and users

Your Checklist

Can multitask, prioritize, and get things done efficiently
Have basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Are comfortable drafting emails and handling simple calculations (discounts, percentages, pricing)
Have good time management and organizational skills
Are polite, patient, and confident while dealing with people
Can stay calm in challenging situations
Are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
