Senior Game Developer

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Minimum  5-7+ years in the core gaming industry , preferably with  AAA studios or large-scale game development companies .

Key Requirements:

Deep understanding of game development processes, including concept art, 2D/3D animation, technical art, world-building, UI/UX, and audio.
Familiarity with game services and adjacent offerings, such as game development, porting, co-development, game launchers, and player engagement tools.

Experience with online game services, including matchmaking, leaderboards, Live Ops, and player support.
Knowledge of trust and safety mechanisms, including content moderation, user behavior management, compliance, and security in gaming.
Strategic insight into gaming ecosystems, player engagement strategies, and ability to guide companies on market positioning, in-game monetization techniques, and engagement models.
Knowledge of Unity, Unreal, Azure Play Fab, AWS Game Lift, AI-driven personalization will be plus.
Knowledge of SaaS and online services for enhanced gaming experiences, combined with deep technical knowledge in game development, broad understanding of Live Ops and cloud services, and proven strategic and business consulting capabilities.
Strong networking experience with global gaming companies and ability to leverage industry connections for growth.
