Responsibilities:

- Conducting engaging and effective chemistry/Biology classes for JEE/NEET aspirants, covering the syllabus comprehensively.
- Developing and delivering well-structured lesson plans, study materials, and practice assignments.
- Clarifying doubts and providing individual attention to students to ensure conceptual clarity.
- Conducting regular assessments (tests, quizzes) to evaluate student progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Motivating and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
- Staying updated with the latest JEE/NEET syllabus, exam patterns, and teaching methodologies.
- Participating in curriculum development and contributing to the overall academic growth of the students.
- Mentoring and guiding students on their JEE/NEET preparation strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A strong academic background with a Master's degree (M.Sc.) or equivalent in the respective subjects. A Bachelor's degree with exceptional subject knowledge and relevant experience may also be considered.
- Proven ability to teach Chemistry effectively for competitive examinations like JEE/NEET.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong conceptual understanding of Chemistry principles.
- Ability to create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to explain complex topics in a simplified manner.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms is desirable.
