Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor based in Karjat. The Senior Admissions Counselor will oversee the admissions process, including engaging and guiding prospective students, maintaining communication with applicants, and providing support throughout the enrollment journey. Responsibilities include conducting presentations, responding to inquiries, coordinating admissions activities, and supporting recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with prospective students, parents, and stakeholders
Customer service and counseling capabilities to provide excellent support and guidance during the admissions process
Sales and relationship-building skills to engage and encourage prospective students to join the university
Knowledge of or experience in the education sector is preferred
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using technology and CRM systems for managing admissions and communication
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced education or certifications are a plus
