Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kochi for the role of Overseas Counsellor. The Overseas Counsellor will provide personalized guidance and assistance to students and professionals seeking international education and career opportunities. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, advising on study-abroad options, assisting with university applications and visa processes, and providing language training and career counselling. The role involves building strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless transition for clients pursuing education or jobs abroad.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective counselling and build client relationships
Knowledge of international education systems, admission procedures, visa processes, and career pathways
Proficiency in research and organizational skills to stay updated on global opportunities and manage multiple clients efficiently
Experience in consulting, career counselling, or a related field is an advantage
Ability to remain detail-oriented and dedicated to delivering high-quality service to clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and industry-related software
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; additional certifications in counselling or international admissions are a plus
Multilingual skills or proficiency in English and other languages is an added advantage
