About

The Role

As a  Student Relationship Officer (SRO) , you'll play a key role in driving student engagement and enrollment by connecting with schools, colleges, and educational partners. You'll be responsible for conducting student demos, counseling prospects, and building strong relationships to promote Nxt Wave's programs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to schools and colleges to organize student demos and awareness sessions about Nxt Wave's CCBP 4.0 programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, faculty, and counselors to drive partnerships and student participation.
Plan and execute offline outreach activities, including stalls, events, and awareness campaigns.
Counsel students and parents regarding program offerings, admission processes, and career pathways.
Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and outreach targets.
Onboard and manage channel partners; monitor their performance to align with company objectives.
Collect feedback from students and institutions to improve outreach and communication strategies.
Record and manage leads, applications, and interactions through the CRM system.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for student registrations.
Maintain professionalism and uphold the company's brand reputation during all external engagements.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred: Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields)

Experience:

0–3 years of experience in sales, admissions, or outreach roles.
Prior field experience in the EdTech domain is an added advantage.

Skills &

Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Languages Known:

Proficiency in  English  and any one regional language —  Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Hindi, Bengali, or Odia .

Additional Information

Work Mode:
Primarily field-based role involving visits to educational institutions and events.
Travel:
Extensive local travel required (candidates must have their own vehicle).
Reimbursements:
Travel expenses such as fuel will be reimbursed.
Equipment:
Personal laptop required.
