Job Description
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve student enrolments per month/Intake.
Analyze the conversion rates from inquiry to enrolment and implement strategies to optimize and increase overall conversion rates.
Streamline and optimize the application process, ensuring efficient handling of applications and timely communication with prospective students.
Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment events, school visits, and fairs, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics
Collect feedback from enrolled students, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the overall student experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in International student recruitment and admissions.
Skills & Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work with the team in a fast-paced environment.
