Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact training sessions for IELTS, TOEFL, and GRE, focusing on all modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking for IELTS/TOEFL; Verbal, Quant, AWA for GRE).
- Assess student levels, create customized lesson plans, and track progress to achieve target band scores (7+ for IELTS/TOEFL, 320+ for GRE).
- Conduct mock tests, provide feedback, and prepare students for official exams while managing small group and one-on-one classes.
- Promote training programs through orientations, webinars, and collaboration with counselors to drive enrollments.
- Stay updated on exam patterns and contribute to course material development for UES Abroad branches.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field; certification in IELTS, TOEFL, and GRE training mandatory (e.g., from British Council, ETS, or equivalent).
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a language trainer with a track record of student score improvements.
- Strong command of English; familiarity with overseas education pathways a plus.
Essential Skills
- Dynamic teaching style with expertise in interactive methods, technology tools (e.g., Zoom, LMS), and student motivation.
- Excellent communication, time management, and sales skills for enrollment targets.
- Ability to work weekends and handle 30-40 students per batch.
