Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and student-centric Admissions Officer cum Career Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in managing the admissions process and guiding students in choosing the right career path based on their interests, aptitude, and academic background.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Management
Handle inquiries (phone, email, online) and provide accurate course and admission-related information.
Maintain records of all prospects and follow up systematically to maximize conversions.
Process application forms, verify documents, and coordinate with internal teams for enrollment formalities.
Track and report daily admissions data and provide insights for marketing/sales campaigns.
Career Counselling
Counsel students (and parents) on career options in commerce/professional courses like CA, CMA, CS, ACCA, etc.
Conduct aptitude/interest assessments to recommend appropriate courses.
Stay updated on educational trends, job market demands, and course opportunities.
Organize career guidance seminars, webinars, and orientation programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education services (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Malayalam.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and listening skills.
Passionate about student success and career development.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools.

Preferred Qualities:
Background in educational institutions or coaching centers.
Familiarity with commerce/professional course pathways.
Empathetic, approachable, and proactive attitude.
