Subject Matter Expert

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Development:
Design and develop  educational content for  preprimary books ,  worksheets , and  PPTs  that align with learning objectives and best practices for early childhood education.
Ensure content is  age-appropriate , engaging, and pedagogically sound to promote learning and development in young children.
Content Review & Enhancement:
Review and edit  existing educational content to ensure its accuracy, clarity, and relevance to the curriculum.
Regularly update and improve content based on  feedback from teachers ,  educational trends , and new pedagogical approaches.
Teacher Training:
Conduct  training sessions  for  teachers , guiding them on how to implement the developed content effectively.
Provide  ongoing support  and mentorship to ensure teachers are comfortable with new materials and can deliver engaging lessons.
Integration of New Technologies:
Stay updated on  emerging educational technologies  and tools to integrate into content creation and training.
Adapt content  and teaching strategies to incorporate these technologies, enhancing the learning experience for both teachers and students.
Collaboration & Feedback:
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., curriculum developers, education specialists) to ensure consistency and quality across all materials.
Collect feedback from  teachers and students  to refine content and improve its effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in  Education ,  Early Childhood Education , or a related field.

Experience:

Experience in preprimary education  with hands-on knowledge of developing age-appropriate content.
Training experience  with teachers or educators in a classroom setting.
