Manager Counselor

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Description   The Admission Manager - Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire admission process at our institution, ensuring that we attract and enroll high-quality candidates. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to enhance our recruitment efforts and improve the overall admission experience.

Responsibilities    Oversee the admission process from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse student population.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth admission experience for prospective students.
Analyze admission trends and data to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Manage and lead a team of admission staff, providing training and support as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and educational fairs to enhance outreach efforts.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding admission statistics and strategies.

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred.
6-9 years of experience in admissions or a related role, preferably in higher education.
Strong understanding of admission policies, practices, and regulations in India.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective students and their families.
Proficient in using admission management software and CRM systems.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on trends and metrics.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
