Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Telecallers and Counselors, located in Pulwama. The role involves daily tasks such as communicating professional and empathetic guidance to students and their families, responding to inquiries, and providing counseling regarding educational programs and opportunities. The responsibilities include managing follow-ups with potential candidates, addressing concerns, assisting with documentation, guiding through application procedures, and maintaining records of interactions to ensure a seamless experience for those seeking our services.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively counsel and engage with students and parents.
Ability to manage follow-ups, maintain records, and efficiently handle documentation processes.
Organizational and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met and workflows are smooth.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic IT familiarity for record-keeping and communication tasks.
Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Experience in counseling, telecalling, or customer service roles is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
