Subject Matter Expert

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:
Develop and refine K-12 robotics and basic electronics curriculum, including textbooks, lesson plans, and assessments.
Ensure that all educational materials are up-to-date, engaging, and suitable for K-12 students, meeting educational standards and goals.
Workshops and Training:
Conduct hands-on workshops and training sessions for educators, helping them enhance their teaching skills in robotics and electronics.
Design and deliver educator workshops to promote the effective integration of 21st-century skills, fostering creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
Ongoing Support and Mentorship:
Create video tutorials to help teachers understand the curriculum, tools, and best practices.
Provide ongoing mentorship and support to faculty, ensuring they are equipped to deliver the curriculum successfully.
Industry Awareness:
Stay current with trends in the robotics, electronics, and education industries, ensuring the curriculum reflects the latest technological advancements and methodologies.
Continuously evaluate and improve the curriculum offerings to maintain a leading edge in the K-12 education space.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including curriculum developers, technology specialists, and assessment experts, to ensure a seamless and comprehensive educational experience.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make continuous improvements to the curriculum.
Travel:
Travel as needed to conduct book training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations for educators and educational institutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in  Computer Science ,  IT , or  Electronics .
Proficiency in  Embedded Systems ,  Tinkercad ,  Scratch ,  Thunkable ,  HTML ,  CSS ,  JavaScript , and  Python .
Proven experience in teaching K-12 students and creating educational content tailored to the needs of young learners.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire educators and students alike.
A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in technology and education.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to achieve curriculum goals and educational outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with educators, students, and cross-functional teams.
