Role Description
This is a full-time TGT English Teacher (Grade 6 to 10) role based on-site in Gondal. The teacher will be responsible for creating effective lesson plans, delivering engaging English lessons to students, and fostering a positive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, assisting in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, and collaborating with other staff members to support student growth.

Qualifications
Proficiency in English Teaching and a strong grasp of educational methodologies
Ability to design and execute effective Lesson Planning tailored to diverse learning needs
Proven experience in Teaching and working within an educational setting
Exceptional Communication skills for effective engagement with students, parents, and colleagues
Relevant teaching certifications and a Bachelor's/Master's degree in English or Education
Passion for teaching, patience, and a student-centered approach
Experience in residential school environments is a plus
