Soil Institute of Management is a 15-year-old business school with 800 + full-time MBA students studying at its Manesar & Gurgaon Campus.

The Senior Program Manager role based ouf of the IMT Manesar Campus will play a critical role in ensuring our students have an exceptional and supportive learning environment throughout their academic journey. This role involves designing and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall student experience inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
Student Engagement:  Create strategies to increase student engagement and participation in academic and extracurricular activities.
Community Building:  Foster a sense of belonging and community among students through regular interactions and events.
Student Support Services:  Oversee the delivery of support services, including counseling, academic advising, and career guidance.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and other departments to align student experience initiatives with the overall mission and goals of the institute.
Data Analysis:  Utilize data and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of student experience initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Student Well-being:  Promote student well-being and create a supportive environment that fosters personal and professional growth.

Qualifications
5 + years of experience in student immersion & program management, student affairs, community building or a related role in an educational institution.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A passion for promoting student success and well-being.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.
