Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Career Counsellor located  Career Counsellor will assist students of Learn Depth Academy LLP in identifying their career goals and designing personalized education and career plans. The role involves assessing learners' strengths, providing career guidance, offering insights on academic or vocational opportunities, and facilitating workshops or discussions on career planning.

Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
Understanding of career development theories, labor market trends, and education pathways
Ability to assess students' skills and aspirations to guide them toward suitable career options
Training or certification in career counseling, psychology, or a related field is preferred
Empathy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to inspire confidence in learners
Proficiency in Kannada and English to effectively communicate with students
Organizational skills to manage multiple students and career planning activities effectively
Experience working in an educational or counseling environment is an advantage
