Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for a School Counselor. The School Counselor will provide guidance and support to students in both academic and personal matters. Key responsibilities include one-on-one counseling sessions, career counseling, facilitating mental health awareness, and working closely with teachers, parents, and school administration. The role involves helping students build self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal and academic goals.
Qualifications
Expertise in Student Counseling and Counseling to provide guidance and support for emotional, social, and academic challenges
Proficiency in Career Counseling to help students identify and pursue suitable educational and professional paths
Knowledge of Psychology and Mental Health to address and support students' well-being effectively
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
Experience working in an educational environment or with young learners is an advantage
