Faculty in Nursing Department

Location: Roorkee

Description   We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated teaching professional to join our nursing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education and 5-15 years of experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities    Design and deliver high-quality nursing courses and programs
Develop and maintain course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments
Provide effective classroom instruction and facilitate student learning
Assess student progress and provide feedback on academic performance
Participate in curriculum development and revision
Contribute to the academic and professional development of students
Participate in faculty meetings and committees
Maintain professional and ethical standards in all aspects of teaching and service

Skills and Qualifications    Master's degree in Nursing
Teaching experience in nursing education

Experience with curriculum development and revision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of nursing theory and practice
Familiarity with current trends and issues in nursing education

Experience with instructional technology and online learning platforms
