We are seeking a senior industry professional to lead our Study Abroad Advisory function, with complete ownership of counselling quality, team performance, and destination strategy.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in study abroad / international education industry
Strong understanding of sales-driven counselling, conversions, and intake planning
Hands-on exposure to multiple study destinations (UK, Australia, Europe, etc.)

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an educational counsellor, based in Kochi. The role involves guiding prospective students through the university application process, providing personalised counselling to help them select suitable courses and institutions. The educational counsellor will offer career guidance, address applicants' queries, and maintain consistent communication with them throughout their journey. Collaborating with universities and team members, the counsellor ensures the highest level of service quality and students' successful outcomes.
