Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor, located in Kochi. The Academic Counsellor will engage with students to provide personalized academic and career guidance. Day-to-day tasks include counseling students on academic choices, assisting with career planning, supporting educational decision-making, and addressing any concerns or obstacles that students may face. The role also involves facilitating discussions, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with educators and administrators to ensure student success and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to guide students effectively
Strong Communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and educational staff
Career Counseling and Education expertise to support students in their academic and professional development
Ability to provide personalized and empathetic support tailored to individual student needs
Proficiency in maintaining organized records and ensuring confidentiality
Prior experience in a similar role or education-related field is an advantage
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
Problem-solving skills and a passion for helping students reach their potential
