Position Summary:

As the Assistant Teacher, you will collaborate with the Centre Head to implement the play-based Finnish Early Years Program in our classrooms.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Oversee the learning and well-being of children from playgroup to UKG.

· Teacher in charge of the learning process for UKG.

· Interact directly with students in the classroom and guide the learning process every day.

· Your daily tasks will include planning, preparing, and coordinating with the head teacher to implement the everyday learning part of the overall early years program.

Essential

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's level degree in education, preferably in Early Years Education.

· Have a minimum of 3-4 years of teaching experience in international preschools.

· Have an established record demonstrating empathy, resilience, collaboration, and creativity.

· Excellent language skills in the language of instruction (English) and the local language (Telugu).

Good to have:

· Knowledge of International preschool education, especially Finnish Early childhood education, is an asset.

· Master's degree in education or related fields.

· Leadership experience in preschools.
