Europe Counselor

Location: Prakāshamnagar

1. Student Counselling:
Guide students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad by understanding their goals, interests, and academic background.
Provide end-to-end counselling on admission procedures, visa processes, immigration regulations, and university requirements.
Address challenges faced by students in the admission process and offer solutions.

2. Profile-Based University Short listing:
Assess student profiles and suggest suitable universities/programs based on their academic, financial, and career aspirations.
Ensure accurate and detailed information is shared about university offerings and eligibility requirements.

3. Business Development:
Contribute to the recruitment of students interested in studying abroad by identifying new opportunities and building relationships.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure high levels of student satisfaction.

4. Social Media Engagement:
Actively engage on social media platforms to educate and inform prospective students about overseas education opportunities.
Create and share informative content about admissions, scholarships, visa updates, and other relevant topics.

5. CRM Utilization:
Efficiently use the company's CRM system to manage student records, track progress, and ensure seamless communication.
Maintain accurate and updated data for reporting and follow-ups.

6. Stay Updated:
Stay informed about changes in admission procedures, visa policies, and immigration rules.
Build a strong knowledge base about partnered universities and their programs.

7. Travel Opportunities:
Represent the company in international visits to partnered universities and events, strengthening business relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline (preferably related to education or counselling)

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in overseas education counselling or a similar role.
Strong understanding of admissions, visa procedures, and immigration regulations.
Proficiency in profile-based university short listing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM applications and basic knowledge of social media marketing.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
