Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Computer Science/Information Technology, located at the Amity University campus in Hyderabad. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, developing curriculum, mentoring students, and conducting cutting-edge research in the field of Computer Science/IT. Additional responsibilities include publishing academic papers, collaborating on research projects, and contributing to departmental development initiatives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in programming languages, software development, and familiarity with tools and applications commonly used in Computer Science and IT.
Expertise in algorithms, data structures, and theoretical computer science.

Experience with conducting research in emerging areas such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or big data.
Strong communication skills, curriculum design capabilities, and mentorship abilities to foster student growth and development.
Evidence of published research in reputable academic journals and conferences is preferred.
Ph.D. or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
