Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Study Abroad Counselor for our Rajkot location. This full-time position requires a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The role involves guiding students through their overseas education journey, with an emphasis on providing expert counseling and support.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in student counseling, particularly in overseas counseling (Mandatory skill).
Direct sales skills to effectively guide students and meet counseling targets (Mandatory skill).

Experience with CRM software to manage and track student inquiries and follow-ups.
Solid understanding of visa counseling processes to guide students through application procedures.
Effective cold calling skills to reach out to potential clients and establish connections.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and their families.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple student profiles simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate student profiles and provide personalized counseling solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive counseling to students seeking to study abroad, tailoring advice to meet individual needs.
Assist students in preparing and processing their applications for overseas educational programs.
Support students in understanding and meeting visa requirements and procedures for different countries.
Conduct direct sales activities to promote education programs and achieve enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and progress using CRM software.
Organize and participate in counseling sessions, college fairs, and seminars to promote overseas education.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and ensure successful admission processes.
Stay updated with industry trends, educational programs, and changes in visa policies to provide accurate information.
