Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district for an Assistant Professor of Food & Beverage Service. The individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, guiding student projects, conducting practical demonstrations, mentoring students, and contributing to research activities. Additional duties include curriculum development, participating in faculty meetings, and supporting academic events and industry collaborations.

Qualifications
Knowledge and practical expertise in Food & Beverage Service operations, including service techniques, hospitality standards, and industry trends.
Strong teaching, training, and presentation skills to effectively deliver theoretical and practical concepts to students.
Proficiency in student mentorship, curriculum development, and academic research.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
Relevant work experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
Master's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is required; a PhD is highly desirable.
Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and student assessment strategies.
