Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sr. Counselor for UK/Germany, based at our Hyderabad office. The Sr. Counselor will handle end-to-end student counseling, providing guidance on study opportunities in the UK and Germany. This includes assisting students with course and university selection, application processes, visa guidance, and pre-departure planning. The role involves engaging with students and parents, offering expert advice on international education pathways, and maintaining strong communication with partner universities.

A Sr. Counselor will also ensure timely follow-ups, manage a portfolio of student applications, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of higher education programs and admission processes in the UK and Germany
Proficiency in student counseling, guidance, and consultation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students and families
Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple student portfolios and application stages
Capability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and partner institutions
Bachelor's degree required; a background in education counseling or related fields is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is beneficial
Prior experience in international education consulting is preferred
