Position: Academic Counsellor for School
Location: Prakāshamnagar

Urgently required Admission Counsellor.

Guide applicants through the  end-to-end admission process  — from initial inquiry to final enrolment.

Assist families in completing admission forms, collecting required documents, and understanding deadlines and criteria.

Liaise with school administration to ensure applications are processed smoothly.

Conduct  campus tours  for prospective families, highlighting academic facilities, infrastructure, and student life.

Organise and lead  information sessions, orientations and open house events  for parents and students.

Counsel parents/students individually to understand their needs and align them with the best class/stream options as per CBSE guidelines.

Coordinate with principals, academic coordinators, and administration teams to schedule assessments, interviews or entrance activities (if required).

Maintain  accurate admission records  including enquiry logs, application status updates, follow-ups and final enrolments.

Prepare periodic reports on admission statistics, conversions, and feedback for management review.

Counselling the parents about the new curriculum started by the School.

Calling Parents and generate leads and conversions.

Represent the school during  education fairs , community events, pre-school visits or marketing activities that generate admissions interest.

Work closely with marketing teams to improve visibility of school programs and enhance lead generation strategies
